Planning a trip to Korea, or already here and stuck? Ask below. We answer from the pages we keep updated with official Korean data — airport buses and trains, subway, exchange rates, weather, holidays, visas, what you can bring, where to eat.
How it works
- Write your question in the box at the bottom of this page. Any language is fine.
- A person checks each new question before it appears (this keeps out spam and personal details).
- We reply under your question, usually within a day. Replies are drafted with AI from our own pages and link to the page the answer comes from, so you can check the source and the latest numbers.
- If we do not have a page that answers it yet, we say so — and that question goes on our list of pages to build.
Good questions to ask
- Getting around: “How do I get from Incheon Airport to Hongdae after 11 pm?”
- Entry and paperwork: “Do I need K-ETA with a US passport?” · “Can I bring melatonin?”
- Money and phones: “Can I use Apple Pay on the subway?” · “Where can I get a SIM without a Korean number?”
- Places and timing: “Is Gyeongbokgung open on Tuesday?” · “Is it worth buying a KORAIL PASS for Seoul–Busan–Gyeongju?”
- On-the-ground reports are welcome too: a long queue, a closed exit, a festival that moved — tell other travellers.
Please don’t post
- Phone numbers, passport numbers, booking codes or other personal details.
- Ads or links to sell things. These are removed.
