How to register in Korea
- Register online only, at topik.go.kr (registration site register.topik.go.kr), on a Windows PC — Mac and mobile are not supported.
- Choose the test and level, enter your name in English exactly as on your ID, your date of birth and sex, choose one test centre and upload a photo.
- Pay within 1 hour by card, or by the end of the day by virtual bank account. Cards issued abroad and overseas transfers are not accepted.
- On test day, the English name on your ID must match your admission ticket.
The official photo guide gives 413×531 px in one place and 413×532 px, 200 KB in another; the IBT notice says 413×531 px, up to 500 KB, JPG or PNG — a 413×531 px JPG under 200 KB meets all of them. Refunds for the 109th test: 100% before 10:00 on the last registration day, then 50%, then 40% until 13:00 the day before the test.
