All three Seoul dates sold out, including the limited-view seats, so the Seoul booking window is closed.

Can You Buy NCT 127 Tickets From Overseas?
Yes, but the route depended on which page you used.
Melon Ticket required a Korean-verified account in many cases, which is the main hurdle for overseas buyers.
The Korean and global Melon pages also had different presale dates — Jul 21 vs Jul 23 — so buyers had to check the page they were actually buying on.
The remaining stops each use their own regional seller: Jakarta Dyandra, Hong Kong Elf Asia, Singapore Unusual via Ticketmaster, Bangkok SM True, Manila Pulp Live World.
If I were booking from overseas now, I would go through the regional promoter for the stop I want — Singapore via Ticketmaster or Manila via SM Tickets are the routes most used to buying from abroad.
On-site pickup in Korea required a physical ID plus the booking confirmation, so keep that in mind if a Seoul resale option appears (which is not confirmed).

Fanclub presale was capped at 1 ticket per person per show, and general sale at 2 tickets per person per show (including presale purchases).
The age limit was 7 years or older (born 2019 or earlier, as of 2026).
Cancellation was free within 7 days of booking, then fees stepped up — 10% at 9-7 days before the show, 20% at 6-3 days, 30% at 2-1 days, and no refund on show day.
Which Members Are on the Tour and What Is the Set List Like?
Five members are on this tour: Taeyong, Jaehyun, Johnny, Yuta and Haechan.
Doyoung and Jungwoo are absent on military service, and Taeil and Mark departed the group earlier.
The set list runs 25 songs, opening with ‘Legacy’ and ‘Step Up’ and including ‘Cherry Bomb’, ‘2 Baddies’, ‘Fact Check’, ‘Kick It’ and the 7th album title track ‘Blingy’.

The Sep 20 finale was broadcast on KNTV Japan and screened in about 1,030 cinemas across 40 regions, including Lotte Cinema in Korea.
The tour continues with Jakarta on Oct 3, 2026 and ends in Macau on Jan 16, 2027.

KSPO Dome in Olympic Park: Seoul Tickets Shipped From Aug 27
KSPO Dome is at 424 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, inside Olympic Park.
The venue’s official site is olympicpark.co.kr.
Tickets were shipped in bulk from Aug 27, 2026 for bookings completed by Aug 21 at 6:00 PM KST; later bookings were on-site pickup only.
On-site pickup required a physical ID (no copies or photos) plus the Melon Ticket booking confirmation with the reservation number.

If you attend a future Seoul show, plan to arrive with your ID and confirmation in hand, since that combination was the requirement.
