Get off at Seogwang Church Bus Stop and the observatory is a 6-minute walk.
For the Yeongdo stop, take bus 9 from the Yeongdodaegyo-Nampo Station Bus Stop, get off at Yeonggwang Apartment Bus Stop, and walk 5 minutes.
The temple leg is the one to plan carefully.
The city guide names Nampo Station Exit 6 for Bokcheonsa Temple, but the exact walking path was not fully listed when this was checked, so confirm the route before committing that leg.

What Is at the Chaengmaru Observatory?

What Is Hillside Road, and Why Go at Night?
Hillside Road (sanbokdoro) is the general name for the roads running along Busan’s lower mountain slopes, and several of them are known as night-view and photo spots.

From a hillside road you look down at the city with its background noise below you, which is the setting the guide frames these stops around.

I would go by metro and bus, not by car — three bus routes serve the observatory, and the Donggu Library Parking Lot has limited spaces, so arriving by car on a busy night is risky.
